What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

Good day, i had in a IUD for 6 month recently took it out because i was having period 2 time for the month n it was lasting 7 long days i also have spotting between the months too. i did am ultra sound before i took it out but i don t understand it fully. when i was pregnant they said i had tiny cys around my ovary now i dont think the ultrasound say anything about them. i have also had lots of pain when having sex in my side this was long before i got an IUD thought. (here is a part of it) Anteverterted homogenous non-gravid uterus measuring 7.5*5.0*4.1 cm. the endomentrium is homogenous and measures 0.7cm. both ovaries appear normal. the right ovary has a volume of 13.7 ml. its dimenions are 3.3*4.2.2 cm. the left ovary has a volume of 10.9ml its dimensions are 3.6*2.7*2.2 cm. There is no adnexal mass, free fluid or collection. i await your respond please explain in detail

Hello

Your USG pelvis findings are normal.
Uterus is normal in size,shape,position and echotexture.
Combined endometrial thickness is 7.0 mm and it is normal.
Both ovaries are also normal in size.
There is no adnexal mass in either side.
There is no fluid in POD.
In short,findings are normal.
